About the Agency
Raul Morales Insurance Services was built on a simple idea: people deserve someone in their corner who explains Medicare in plain language, not insurance jargon. For more than 20 years, Raul and his team have sat across the kitchen table — and now the office desk — from families throughout Tustin, Santa Ana, Orange, and the surrounding communities, helping them make sense of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D drug plans.
We work with a wide range of Medicare carriers, which means our first loyalty is to the client, not to any single insurance company. Every recommendation starts with your doctors, your prescriptions, and your budget — and works backward from there.

Raul has spent more than 20 years helping Orange County families navigate Medicare. Known for his patience and his straightforward approach, he’s a leading local producer for many of the region’s major Medicare health plans — and still personally leads every educational meeting and benefits seminar the agency hosts.

Administrative Assistant
Maria keeps the office running smoothly, from scheduling appointments to helping with paperwork and follow-up. She’s often the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call the office.

Patty oversees client service and day-to-day operations, making sure questions get answered and every client feels taken care of long after enrollment is complete.

Each year, Raul personally hosts educational meetings and benefits seminars at our Tustin office — especially during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), when so many Medicare decisions get made. These sessions are designed for real people, not insurance professionals: no jargon, no sales pitch, just clear explanations of how Medicare works and what’s changing for the year ahead.
